I am licensed as a real estate broker in the states of Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee, Nevada, Utah, and a managing Broker license in Illinois. I received a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Master's degree from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo.  I have been an equity investor in real estate projects for approximately 40 years.  Throughout this time frame, I was the Chief Executive Officer of a small family-owned retail clothing chain in upstate New York.  I retired in 2008.  After my "short retirement," I returned to my passion, real estate investment. 

 

Presently, I specialize in the area of Broker of Record Services.  I am the Qualifying Broker for many real estate firms in Florida, Georgia, and Ohio.  I believe in service and integrity in all of my dealings with clients.  That was my core beliefs in our family retail clothing chain and continues to be my philosophy in the real estate business.
